FAQ
Fair questions, straight answers
Why do I pay before I answer the questions?
So the questionnaire is the last thing you do rather than ten minutes of work standing between you and a payment page. You pay, you land on a private page, and the questions live there. Your answers save as you type, so you can stop halfway and come back. If you pay and then decide against filling it in, reply to your order email and we will sort it out.
How quickly will I get my speech?
The £49.99 instant speech: usually 2–5 minutes after you send your answers. You watch it arrive on your private page and get an email link too. The £125 checked speech: within 48 hours, measured from when your answers arrive rather than from payment. The £500 service: within a week of the call.
Who writes the £49.99 speech?
AI does, openly. It is written by AI from your questionnaire answers, following the same speech structures and writing rules used when one is written here by hand. That is how it can be this fast and this cheap. Nobody reads it before you do, which is the honest trade at this price.
Who writes the £125 speech?
AI writes the draft, then a professional goes through it before you see anything. Read out loud, so you know it works said and not just read. Timing fixed. Anything that will land badly in that particular room taken out. Names, dates and details checked against what you told us. It is a check, not a rewrite, and that is exactly what most people need.
Who writes the £500 speech?
A person, from scratch, with no AI at any stage. We talk for about 45 minutes, then it gets written, then it goes back and forth until you are happy standing up with it. It is the only one of the three where that is true, and we would rather say so plainly than blur the line.
Is my information private?
Yes. Your questionnaire answers and speech are stored securely, live on a private unguessable link, and are never published, shared or used as marketing examples. See our Privacy Policy for the full detail, including how to have your data deleted.
What if I don't like the drafts?
You get two free tweaks on the instant service. Say what to change, a funnier opening, less soppy, shorter, and a revised draft is written in minutes. The £125 service includes one round of changes after you have read the checked version, and the £500 service keeps going until you are happy.
Can I get a refund?
If you have paid but not yet sent your answers, nothing has been written and nothing has been spent, so reply to your order email and we will sort it out. Once your answers are in and the writing starts, the digital-content cooling-off period ends, because that is what you agreed to at checkout. If generation fails or something is actually wrong, it gets put right or refunded either way. Full details in the Refund Policy.
Will anyone know AI helped write it?
Only if you tell them. The speech is yours: your stories, your tone, delivered in your voice. Nobody's checking speeches for authorship at a wedding; they're checking whether the stories are true and the toast lands.
What speech types do you cover?
Best man, groom, bride, father of the bride, mother of the bride, maid of honour, siblings of the couple, plus unusual setups like a brother giving the father of the bride speech. If your role isn't listed, use the closest match and explain your situation in the questionnaire; the speech adapts.
How long should a wedding speech be?
Four to five minutes, about 650 words, suits almost every wedding. Shorter is fine (nobody has ever complained a speech was too short); past seven minutes you're testing the room. We write to the length you choose.
Do you do speeches for civil partnerships and same-sex weddings?
Of course. The questionnaire asks for names and roles, not assumptions. The speech is written for your wedding as it actually is.
